    The ultimate resource for conducting BCB and other regional competitions.This is the most current version available, updated Summer, 2016. Note clarifications highlighted in yellow and green. Rules are sorted by categories: team eligibility; competition structure; game operations; answer acceptability; timing and scoring; end of time and tie-breaks; challenges; and misc .All officials must read and understand these rules.
