There is no charge for this event, but pre-registration is required to reserve your space. The symposium is open to culinary professionals, culinary students, educators, and representatives from the food and beverage industry. The program is free, but please return your registration no later than October 6, 2008. Registrations received after October 6 cannot be guaranteed lunch.
