   This hotel is the site of the conference, which is located across from the College of William and Mary. It is just 2 blocks from the restored area of Colonial Williamsburg.    This hotel is about 4 blocks from conference location (Williamsburg Hospitality House) which is accessible on foot. Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. Outdoor pool, in-room internet (modem), and copy and fax service.

   RATES: $69.95/night + 10% tax + $2 hotel room tax per day + $5.00 extra person, double beds (max 4 persons per room)

Both hotels require 72 hours notice for cancellations or changes. The cutoff date for both hotels will be March 6, 2005. After this date, the rooms will be released to the public.
