REGISTRATION IS CLOSED NOW.
** Wednesday evening registration (4:00-7:00 pm) has been moved to the William and Mary Parlor which is located on the first floor of the Hotel, to the left as you enter the lobby. **
On site registration will be available Wednesday, April 6th, from 4:00 - 7:00 pm in the foyer of the Empire Ballroom (2nd floor), and each morning of the meeting from 7:30-9:30 am at the same location. One day registration will be available for $105.00 each day (form available here).
The basic meeting registration fee includes:
- A copy of the printed abstract book
- A notepad
- Refreshments at the Wednesday evening Welcome Reception (including a drink and hors d'oeuvres)
- Refreshments at the Thursday evening Poster Session Social to be held on the William & Mary campus (including a drink and heavy hors d'oeuvres)
- Continental breakfast daily at the hotel before the start of the sessions
- Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks
You may also choose to purchase, at additional cost:
- Tickets to the Saturday evening Banquet*
- Tickets for entertaining post-conference excursions on Sunday [Note: some excursions are free, but we need to have a head count.]
- Conference T-shirts
* The Banquet will feature a wonderful buffet dinner and live entertainment. The buffet will include two entrée options (Pan-Seared Smithfield Chicken and Eggplant Rolentini) and various extras, including local She crab soup, desserts, beverages, and a free drink from the bar. Entertainment for the evening will be provided by the band "Snackbar Jones". Snackbar Jones is one of the East Coast's premiere party bands, popular on college campuses and in regional night clubs. They play a wide variety of styles including modern rock, alternative, ska, pop, classic rock, and hip hop.

Underwood has been Director at the Institute of Marine Ecology, University of Sydney in New South Whales Australia since 1984, Director of the Marine Studies Centre since 1991 and Professor of Experimental Ecology since 1992. He is interested in the design and analysis of ecological experiments.
